Connectors using thicker copper strips with brazed machined connectors.Our CNC profile cutting setup, CNC bending Setup coupled with our setup of Power presses and our brazing/ soldering setup, enables us to manufacture all form of Bus Bars and also join them to their respective threaded or strip form connectors.Connectors are supplied in duly tin plated form, giving excellent finish, long life and excellent solder ability.

Small sized deep drawn and sheet metal connectors duly electroplated and over moulded to suit the requirement. We have all the facilities to deep draw, sheet metal work, electro-plating as well as over-moulding in-house.

We manufacture large and small size sheet metal connectors in copper, with brazed brass and copper end connections, duly tin plated. All the Press, Brazing and Plating activity is done in-house.

Threaded connectors both male and female threaded are brazed with copper strips, finally over moulded in a insulating plastic resin to form the complete over moulded connector. Here we do the machining, presswork, brazing/shouldering, plating (Cu+Ni+Tin) and then over-mould it in the insulating resin all in-house.

Threaded connectors machined in brass and copper, silver brazed or tin shouldered (RoHs compliant) to join various parts. These threaded connectors are duly electroplated and supplied as a complete product. These connectors are used in oil filled capacitors, large size film capacitors and also capacitors for windmills.

We manufacture single piece deep drawn low-resistance Copper connectors with brazed copper and brass end connections. We also manufacture the deep-drawn Aluminium casings for Capacitors. We have our own in-house deep-drawing presses.
