MASS-TURNING |
 |
- Our mass turning setup consists of 8 capstan lathes. These lathes have a 6 station turret a 2 station cross slide and a single top slide. In turn letting us combine up to 9 operations.
- These machines are highly suited for small, multi-operation, batch quantity jobs having high accuracy as well as precision.
- We can manufacture here jobs up to a Dia. of 32 mm and an accuracy of 50 microns.

TURNING |
|
- We have 3 center lathes which comprise our turning segment. We manufacture some specialized jobs on the lathes.
- However these lathes are used as a pre-machining machine for the turning center.

DRILLING & TAPPING |
 |
- We have 6 drilling machines drilling up to a diameter of 32 mm. Forming our gang-drilling line
- 2 of these drilling machines are fitted with air-brake contactor based tapping attachment, tapping up to M10.

- We have 4 milling machines 3 having a bed size of 300x150 mm and the 4th has a size of 915x280mm
- These are a combination of Horizontal & Vertical milling machines.

GRINDING |

- We have with ourselves 2 bench grinders a surface grinder
- We have a Jones-Shipman surface grinder of size 24”x8” and giving us an accuracy of 1 micron.

- We have 5 presses, 3 hand presses and 2 power presses
- Hand presses 2 of No.6 and 1 of No.14.
- Power presses 1 each on 20 tons and 50 tons.
